Membership Committee

The Membership Committee is chaired by the Membership Director and is composed of any interested Member of the Association.

The committee convenes at the call of the Chair, usually on a monthly or as-needed basis. The committee develops and implements a Membership plan that includes recruitment and retention of Members in the Association. The committee shall also engage in organizational development activities such as press and public relations.

In addition to recruitment and retention, the Membership Committee leads CPHA's Professional Development area of work, which includes social, education and recreational networking events, helping to coordinate the Colorado Public Health Mentoring Program.

This is an incredibly fun and rewarding Committee to work with, especially if event coordination and networking are of interest to you. It is also a great introduction to CPHA and a way to connect to others in the Colorado public health community.
